We are pleased to host our Corporate Governance and the Company Secretary seminar in our offices at South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 on Thursday 26 January at 7.30am.
The role of the company secretary has evolved from that of "mere servant" to that of chief administrative officer. The Companies Act 2014 has also for the first time given clear statutory expression to the obligations of this role. In this seminar, experienced speakers will explain and explore the law, regulations, guidance and expectations affecting company secretaries.
