We hosted our annual Christmas Art Exhibition on Wednesday 6 December 2017 in our offices on Barrow Street.
Patrick T. Murphy, Director of the RHA and Claire Lord, Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran, spoke at the event giving an overview of the exhibition and their take on the pieces.

Featured Artists Include
David Brennan
David is a self-taught paper craft artist based in Dublin. His pieces are abstract in nature and he takes inspiration from a variety of sources. He has just started out on a career in art and hopes to one day have his pieces displayed in galleries around Ireland.
Cara Farnan
Cara is a Visual Artist based in Dublin whose work explores the fragile space between knowledge and sensation. Since graduating with a BA (hons) in Fine Print from National College of Art and Design in 2016 she has completed residencies in the Royal Hibernian Academy School, Dublin, Haihatus, Finland and Cow House Studios, Wexford. Her work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally.
Darragh Field
Darragh Mason Field was born in Dublin in 1976 and studied photography and communications at Dublin City University. He is a multi-award winning photographer and has recently been a finalist in the National Open Art 2017, one of the UK's leading art competitions.
Jevan Neilan
Jevan is an amateur photographer based in Dublin. His style is driven by an interest in light and contrast, and a love of vivid colour. He presents a sample of images from his collection of travel, wildlife and street photography.
Colin Martin
Colin graduated in Fine Art Painting in 1994 and completed a post graduate in printmaking in 2005. He studied Masters in Fine Art in National College of Art and Design in 2010. Colin is principal of the Royal Hibernian Academy School Board, and a part-time lecturer at the National College of Art and Design.
Kelvin Mann
Kelvin was educated at the Otago School of Fine Art in New Zealand. In 1997 he moved to Dublin to become a member of Graphic Studio Dublin. Kelvin has worked as a printmaker at Stoney Road Press in Dublin since 2002. Separate to creating his own artworks, Kelvin works at Stoney Road Press as a printer and technician.
Ludmila Korol
Ludmila was born in 1965 in the Ukraine. She graduated from Kiev State Academy of Fine Art in 1989. From 1992 Ludmila lived and worked as an artist in Prague. In 1996 Ludmila moved to Ireland.
Matthew Mitchell
Matthew is a fine artist painter based in Dublin and Co Clare. In 2017 Mitchell completed his MFA at NCAD and was awarded a National College of Art and Design Studio Residency at NAStudios, Dublin.
Rebecca Phelan
Rebecca Phelan is a young recent graduate of National College of Art and Design. Her main practice is in print-making, where she develops her ideas on the combination of minimalist architecture and nature. She is the recent recipient of the Graphic Studio Graduate Award 2017, sponsored by Mason Hayes & Curran.
Susanne Wawra
Susanne is a German visual artist based in Dublin. Upon graduating in Fine Art Painting at National College of Art and Design, she has been awarded the Talbot Gallery and Studios Most Promising Graduate Award 2016 and has been listed in “50 People To Watch in 2017” in The Irish Times.
