Our sole means of recruitment for our traineeship is our internship. Our three week paid internship is a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us.
We believe choosing your traineeship is a key decision in your career. During your internship, you will work closely with partners, senior associates and trainees to experience what life is like as a trainee at the firm. While participating in our busy and immersive internship programme, you will get the opportunity to experience the real day-to-day of a solicitor and to ask any questions you might have about a future career here.
We are proud to say we have a very high conversion rate from internship to traineeship, and we typically retain over 90% of our trainees as qualified solicitors.
