Structured Finance & Securitisation

We assist clients on the structuring, documentation and execution of structured finance transactions.

The deals we work on include public and private single and multi-issue securitisations (ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, CDOs), covered bonds, proprietary custom indices and investable products with embedded derivatives.

We have experience of private practice and working in-house with the businesses that structure and originate these deals. Our team includes Irish and English qualified lawyers.

Ireland is the leading jurisdiction for the establishment of SPVs, structured finance and securitisation structures. There are more than 2,300 SPVs incorporated in Ireland with €760+ billion in assets, representing 27% of the European market. The stock exchange in Dublin - Euronext Dublin – is experienced in the listing of specialist debt securities. As of 31 December 2018, 34,000+ debt securities from over 90 jurisdictions are listed there.
