Acted on behalf of Marlet Property Group, Ireland’s largest private property developer, in the acquisition of the Parks Collection, a portfolio of some of Ireland’s most prominent retail parks and in the acquisition of Manor West Retail Park.
Acted on behalf of global investment giant, Goldman Sachs in the acquisition and financing of a large residential property portfolio for investment in social housing.
Acted for Invesco in the purchase of Frascati Shopping Centre, Blackrock, County Dublin and its redevelopment (70,000 square foot extension).
Acted for Hines in the sale of several development sites in Cherrywood, Co. Dublin, including to Cairn Homes and Quintain and related development interface agreements.
Acted for substantial property owner in the separate acquisitions of 1 Harbourmaster Place, IFSC, Dublin 1 (let to KPMG), Limerick One Retail Park (retail) , Unit 1 Aerodrome Business Park (logistics) and 100/101 Grafton Street, Dublin 2 (let to AIB).
Acted for institutional developer / landlord in pre-let agreement to Intercom of Cadenza, Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 (large office building completed in late 2022) and subsequent assignment and new lease to KKR (part of the same building).
Acting for Hammerson and Irish Life (owners of two Dublin shopping centres (Swords Pavillions and Ilac Centre) in all asset management and lettings , including to River Island, H&M and Footlocker.
Acting for Ardstone in the sale of multiple large development sites.
Acting for Irish Residential Properties REIT plc in connection with its acquisition and development of approximately 4,000 PRS units across a large number of residential and mixed use developments.
Advising a consortium of investors, including Aberdeen Standard Investments, M&G Investments and Canada Life, on a private placement investment in a portfolio of 15 primary care centres (PCC) owned by PHP Euro Private Placement.
