Health & Prosecutions

Our Health & Prosecutions team advises on healthcare law, child protection law and regulatory prosecutions. With a unique blend of experience in advocacy, social work and criminal law, we work closely with our public sector clients to guide them through the legal process from start to finish.

What sets our lawyers apart is that we do the majority of our own advocacy in the courts, giving us an unrivalled perspective when it comes to initial advices and case preparation. Our expert lawyers also develop tailored legal training programmes, workshops and webinars for professionals based on our vast practical experience of the legislative framework in Ireland.

We act on behalf of various statutory authorities including TUSLA Child and Family Agency, the Health Service Executive, private hospitals and local authorities, all of whom have access to the breadth of expertise across our team.
