Our Commercial Contracts team advises on the drafting and negotiation of every type of contract, from standard terms of sale to complex ICT and outsourcing arrangements. Our expertise is in complex, high-value commercial transactions – we have drafted and negotiated some of largest and high profile contracts in the state, spanning Irish household names and international technology giants.

We are looking for an experienced commercial contracts/technology and innovation candidate to join our Commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking for interesting work and identifiable career path to work in a respected and growing firm with an enviable client basis. This role requires a solicitor who will work both on their own initiative and in a cohesive team supported by Partners, Senior Associates and Associates.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • commercial contracts, including outsourcing, technology and consultancy contracts; and
  • preferably, technology and innovation including data protection, technology law and electronic communications law (e.g. sale of goods, distance and online selling, distribution and agency law etc).

While it is preferable that Candidates will have experience in both of the above areas, candidates with either of above skillsets will be considered for more than one role in our team.

The successful candidate will be qualified as a solicitor or barrister in Ireland or England and Wales and will have a minimum of 3 – 5+ years (more senor candidates also considered) relevant PQE within a large or medium law firm or large in-house practice.
