Our Financial Services team are recruiting for a Senior Associate (3/4+ years PQE).

Our Banking and Financial Services teams act across a range of activities including acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance, debt capital markets, project finance, transaction restructurings, and refinancing. Our clients include a number of prominent domestic and international banks that are active in the areas of corporate and securities work, project and asset finance. We are also active in the highly specialised areas of corporate acquisition and leveraged finance particularly for international private equity and corporate clients, global corporate restructuring aligned with corporate migration into Ireland.

In this role you will be exposed to high quality development finance/commercial real estate finance and general corporate banking work, working closely with an experienced Partner and team.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3/4 plus years PQE from a top- or mid-tier firm in Ireland, Northern Ireland or England
  • General corporate banking experience and/or development finance experience, or a solicitor with 3 to 4 years’ experience in transactional corporate, projects, capital markets or real estate work looking to transfer into this area
  • Excellent academics; and
  • Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrating responsibility for managing transactions or elements of transactions and providing guidance and support for junior colleagues in a work context.
