Mason Hayes & Curran has a dedicated team of specialist pensions lawyers, led by Peggy Hughes, which provides a full range of services to our
domestic and multinational clients in connection with pensions and related law. Our Pensions Team, which forms part of the Employment
and Benefits Department, establishes a clear understanding of clients’ needs and provides a service which is solutions and results focused.
Hard working, enthusiastic and commercial the team strives for service excellence.

Our Pensions Team represents a broad range of clients including a number of employers, pension scheme trustees, public sector clients and scheme members in relation to all aspects of pensions law. The Pensions Team works closely with colleagues in the Employment and Benefits, Tax and Corporate Departments when required to ensure that clients have a comprehensive range of advice available to them on issues within these specialist areas which are of relevance to pensions.
