"Landlady scores early but rights game is far from over" - The Sunday Independent - Niall Collins

Niall Collins, Senior Associate in the EU, Competition & Antitrust practice and head of the MH&C Sports Unit, looks at the recent decision by the European Court of Justice in the battle between the FA Premier League and Portsmouth publican Karen Murphy.  The case relates to the manner in which the Premier League sells its TV rights across Europe.
