Director & Shareholder Issues

As with any relationship, there may be times when the directors or shareholders of your organisation may come to a disagreement on a particular issue.  In most cases issues such as these can be resolved very quickly.  At times, however, these issues may get out of control and appropriate action will need to be taken.
