Director & Shareholder Issues
As with any relationship, there may be times when the directors or shareholders of your organisation may come to a disagreement on a particular issue. In most cases issues such as these can be resolved very quickly. At times, however, these issues may get out of control and appropriate action will need to be taken.
Should a situation such as this occur within your company, or the company that you work for, it is important that you secure early legal advice to ensure that you are not in breach of any specific corporate regulations. Our approach is always to try and resolve a situation as amicably as possible and allow the current directors and shareholders continue to work together.
