Our Insurance team specialises in handling large and complex litigation matters for almost every major insurer in the Irish market.  The team has a wide range of experience in handling all types of insurance litigation and provides legal services to the insurance industry on coverage disputes and reinsurance.

We have a particular expertise in professional indemnity matters and regularly defend professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, doctors, construction professionals, financial institutions and other investment intermediaries.

We have deep relationships with our clients, built on ingrained experience and an ability to deliver in terms of quality, responsiveness and results.  The team is well placed to anticipate and deal with emerging claims which follow from new insurance risks and we have an acknowledged reputation for our expertise in the area of insurance litigation.

The team also deals with high volume work relating to public liability, employer liability and road traffic litigation. In that area, we provide a seamless service and are in a position to conduct investigations and handle claims through to conclusion.
