This team's most high-profile project over the past year was advising on the Treasury Holdings/SISK bid for the development of a high-rise building in the Dublin Docklands. It also handles a steady stream of wind farm construction work, and has advised Airtricity on the construction of a number of such projects. The firm also advised Live Nation, as a majority shareholder in Point Exhibition Company, on the €70 million redevelopment of the Point Depot (now called the O2).
