Our Dispute Resolution practice has a breadth and depth of experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution of the very first rank. 

We are routinely involved in high value commercial court litigation for banks, multinationals and insurers. We are regularly retained by State agencies and public bodies. We frequently act in international commercial litigation and insolvency related litigation.

‘Excellent firm’ Mason Hayes & Curran fields probably the largest team in the market, which acted for non-executive director Paul Connolly against Independent News and Media in a dispute concerning the severance pay of the former chief executive. Litigation is a key practice area for this forward-thinking, progressive firm and it has developed a large, heavyweight team dedicated to the area.
