Our Corporate Department is experienced in all types of corporate transactions for public companies, private companies and the public sector, across a broad range of industry sectors.  We have particular experience in complex national and international transactions and have acted in some of biggest M&A deals in Ireland during 2010.  Client work also covers corporate reorganisations and restructuring, strategic alliances, joint ventures and demergers.

Understanding our clients’ business is key to our success and we work with organisations at every level from start-up to listed.  We pride ourselves on being accessible to clients and delivering the right results in a business focussed manner.

It acted for Kerry Group on its acquisition of Breeo Foods, and for Treasury Holdings as the seller of Eco Wind Power to Viridian Power and Energy Holdings. The group offers capability in a broad range of specialist areas, including M&A, venture capital, cross-border reorganisations and equity capital markets.
