Occupational Stress

Occupational Stress is becoming more and more commonplace in today’s increasingly busy workplace. Companies must therefore take this issue seriously to ensure that you meet the various obligations as set out in law.

As an employer you owe your employees a duty of care whilst they perform their duties. Whilst this is often attributed to physical safety, as governed by the Safety, Health and Welfare Work Act, 2005, it also applies to employee safety from work-related stress injuries.
