• Advising the Commission for Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) in relation to spectrum auctions and other matters.

• Acting for ComReg in the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal its successful defence of a statutory appeal of its decision regarding its auction of radio spectrum primarily for 5G use. The auction has now been completed and has raised €448 million and has enabled widespread deployment of 5G to proceed.

• Acted for a crypto currency company in relation to a $0.5 million fraud by a staff member, obtaining Mareva and proprietary injunctions in days and judgment within 2 months.

• Litigation lead on a number of high-profile loan portfolio sales by Irish banks, both on buy and sell side.

• Advising pharmaceutical companies in relation to structuring IP licences to provide protection in the insolvency of the licensor.

• Advised an Irish bank in relation to the solvent winding up of a number of subsidiaries.

• Advised a multilateral development bank in relation to sanctions.
