Cormac Brown

Consultant

Cormac is Director of Taxation for Mason Hayes & Curran and advises on business taxation matters for domestic and international clients and the structuring of employee share incentives.

Cormac has unique industry insight to changes in Irish taxation through his membership of the joint Revenue and practitioner committee dealing with corporate tax and inward investment. He is also a member of the Tax Committee of the Law Society dealing with all tax matters relating to day to day practice of tax lawyers in Ireland.

Cormac has lectured on taxation topics and is a frequent speaker on tax related topics to trade and professional organisations. Cormac is also a contributor to the Irish chapter of the International Expatriate Employment Handbook. He is also currently writing a book on employee share incentive schemes in Ireland.
