Declan Curran's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate, private equity and real estate finance. He represents institutional equity investors in the acquisition, development and financing of office buildings, hotels, housing, shopping centres, and real estate development projects. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance and development.

In addition, Declan represents major financial institutions and owners in real estate workouts, restructurings, receiverships and liquidations.

Declan also advises a large number of retail clients including Jack Wills, Jaegar, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Specsavers, Game, La Croissanterie, the Perfume Shop and Fat Face.
