Vanessa is a Partner in the Real Estate Department with a practice in all aspects of commercial property, landlord and tenant and liquor licensing law. She also advises on the property aspects of wind farms and renewable energy projects. 

Vanessa acts for financial institutions and receivers on restructuring and remediation of property portfolios and the sale of property assets. 

She also acts for many multinationals and has an extensive landlord and tenant practice in office, industrial and retail areas. She is admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, as well as Ireland.

• Advising Activision Blizzard on the acquisition of new office premises in Dublin.
• Acted for Wincanton on the leasing of 10,572m² of industrial space in Dublin Port to Stobart
• Advising an equity investor on the acquisition of a shopping centre and retail park development for in excess of €100m.
• Advising numerous lenders and developers on the property aspects of the acquisition and development of wind farms.
• Acting for a receiver on the sale of a property portfolio comprising several licensed premises, hotels and retail premises.
