Philip Nolan

Partner

Philip is a partner and head of the Commercial Department at Mason Hayes & Curran and a member of Mason Hayes & Curran’s Management Committee.

Philip has experience advising both public and private clients in relation to communications, information technology, broadcasting, intellectual property and competition law. Philip has also developed a focused regulatory advisory practice specialising in data protection law.

Philip has authored numerous articles and book chapters on data protection and technology law, including:
