Niamh is a Partner in the Corporate Group and her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance, work restructurings, and corporate reorganisations, and advises our many religious and non-religious clients in the charities and not-for-profit sector, on the appropriate legal structures for charities and generally on all aspects of the new Charities Act 2009 and related issues.
Niamh’s experience includes representation of both Irish and foreign companies investors and private equity consortiums in the acquisition of both public and private companies and advising them on all legal aspects of their corporate affairs . Her experience also includes representing clients in corporate governance, shareholder and restructuring projects.
