Jane Pilkington is a partner practising in commercial litigation. Jane has extensive experience in dispute resolution with a particular focus on professional liability claims. Jane also represents Irish and international clients in a wide range of business disputes before the Irish courts.

Allied to her litigation practice, Jane is a recognised expert in the area of corporate immigration. She advises domestic and international companies in relation to the employment of non-EEA nationals in Ireland. She also advises private individuals on Irish immigration matters including citizenship, EU Treaty Rights and applications for business permissions.

• Representing an Irish bank in Commercial Court enforcement proceedings against a high profile football manager.
• Advising a foreign bank in relation to a negligence claim against Irish solicitors flowing from the financing of a leisure sector development.
• Representing a group of investors in relation to a failed tax investment scheme in proceedings against the originators of and advisers to the scheme.
• Advising various multi-national companies in relation to employing high-level non-EEA nationals in Ireland.
