Michael Hanley

Partner

Michael is a partner in the Financial Services Group. He advises a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers with respect to domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt finance structures, property finance, trade finance, asset finance and corporate banking and Irish law issues in multi-jurisdictional lending transactions and advising on general corporate borrowings.

Michael currently acts for a wide range of leading Irish and international banks and financial institutions special asset management units in relation to security review reporting and restructuring. Michael is currently project managing banking, real estate and commercial litigation teams on facilities with exposures regularly exceeding €100 million.

Michael was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 2011.
