Eimear is a partner in commercial litigation.  Eimear advises domestic, UK and international corporations comprising of insurance companies, property fund managers, banks, developers, pharmaceutical companies, waste companies, health care providers, pension funds and high profile individuals in respect of both civil and criminal matters.

Her areas of expertise include commercial, contractual and insurance disputes.  Eimear also has vast experience defending professional negligence claims, advising corporations/companies on risk management and advising on environmental law. Eimear has expertise in landlord and tenant disputes and regularly advises on Irish landlord and tenant law.  Eimear has recently been involved in Court Schemes for reduction of capital and Court Schemes for transfers of business.  Eimear has also recently represented clients in dawn raid scenarios and has experience dealing with regulators in Ireland and the UK.  Eimear represents clients at all stages of litigation and dispute resolution and has appeared before all litigation and dispute resolution forums including the commercial court, high court, supreme court, arbitrations, mediations and expert determinations.
