Peter is a Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran's Commercial Department.
Peter practices in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and data protection law. He also has experience in advising on Internet and ecommerce law issues and general commercial law.

Peter won the 1998 IMRO Intellectual Property Prize and has published many times in the areas of intellectual property, data protection and Internet related issues. Peter is also an Irish Trade Mark Agent and a Community Trade Mark Attorney.
