Des Rooney

Senior Associate

Desmond is a Senior Associate at Mason Hayes & Curran.  His wide ranging practice includes tax, real estate, charities law, trusts and probate. 

For over 25 years Desmond has served a diverse group of clients advising on a broad range of tax issues to include: income tax, inheritance/gift tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, VAT, personal tax planning, trusts, and probate.

Desmond is past Chairperson of the Taxation Committee at the Law Society and currently serves on the VAT Sub Committee as well as the Probate and Trusts Committee at the Law Society.
