Daragh Bohan joined MH & C as a partner in the Financial Services Department in 2008, having previously worked as a partner in another of the large Dublin corporate law firms.He advises domestic and international banks and other financial services industry organisations on a broad range of transactions including from a regulatory perspective. He has also acted for many domestic and international borrowers including some of the large Irish plcs.

Daragh acted for the senior lenders to the first infra-structural road project completed in Ireland as a Public Private Partnership.  He has advised on a wide range of financing for domestic and international, corporate and commercial transactions including PPP/projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, bond financings, structured finance transactions and asset and tax based lendings.

• Daragh recently advised on Berkshire Partners LLP, Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital Partners LLC in their joint $1.2bn bid by recommended scheme of arrangement for Skillsoft plc.
