Cian is a Senior Associate in MH & C Private, the specialist private client department of Mason Hayes & Curran. Cian joined the firm in April 2007 having previously worked in a leading private client practice as head of private client services.

Cian joins MH & C Private with over 10 years experience in dealing with all aspects of private client services to include:

tax efficient estate planning for Irish residents and non-residents;
wills, probate and administration of estates;
advising on and implementing various wealth protection structures
tax efficient conveyancing used to control the devolution of wealth particularly between families.; and
advising corporate and private trustees in relation to the administration and winding up of trusts

Cian acts for a large number of medium to high net worth business people, entrepreneurs and professionals and their families and offers practical and tax efficient solutions tailored towards individuals’ specific needs.
Cian has published numerous articles in relation to trusts and wealth management, succession and taxation and regularly gives lectures on these areas to businesses and other professional practices.
