Paul is a Partner in the Litigation Department with wide-ranging experience of advising individuals and corporate clients involved in domestic and multi-jurisdictional contractual/tortious disputes, including advising entities involved in fund litigation, advising clients with regard to assorted professional indemnity claims, to include coverage advice, and advising corporations and individuals involved in defamation proceedings.

Paul also advises on commercial agent disputes, advises clients on contentious property matters, to include advise on CPO arbitrations, and advises on probate litigation. Paul recently co-authored the Ireland chapter in the PLC Dispute Resolution Handbook / Arbitration Handbook 2010/11.

• Advising BVI Fund in respect of ongoing litigation
