Vanessa Byrne, Partner

Vanessa is a partner in the Real Estate department with a practice in property development and investment, corporate support and landlord and tenant law. She has recently been instructed by the lender to a major supermarket group on the sale and lease back of their Irish property portfolio.

Vanessa acts for a number of developers and advises on site acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, planning, mixed use developments as well as the construction aspects of development.

Vanessa acts for many overseas entrants to the Irish market and has an extensive landlord and tenant practice.  

Vanessa acts for the International entertainment conglomerate, “Live Nation”, owners and operators of the O2, Dublin and operators of the Grand Canal Theatre which is currently under construction.

She is admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland, as well as Ireland.
