Una Burke, Partner

Una is a partner in the corporate group with significant experience on corporate transactions, both cross-border and national. Una has advised corporate clients on all aspects of business law, particularly in the following areas:

Una now leads the development of knowledge within Mason Hayes+Curran’s corporate group and is responsible for the ongoing creation and updating of precedent documentation and knowhow.  Una is also involved in training and mentoring of junior lawyers.   Una brings her valuable experience to this role which reflects the importance which Mason Hayes+Curran places on quality of legal advice and client service.

Una has lectured on corporate governance at the Institute of Directors in Ireland and has also lectured on the Diploma of Commercial Law at the Law Society of Ireland.  Una regularly contributes articles on business law topics.

She is admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland (1997) as well as Ireland.

At Mason Hayes+Curran David O'Donnell, Liam Brazil and Una Burke specialise in M&A. Recently the firm represented White Young Green in its acquisition of the Nolan Ryan Partnership, acted as Irish law corporate advisers to eircom ESOP Trustee Limited in its joint offer for eircom Group and represented Round Table Healthcare in its acquisition of Bioniche Pharma Group Limited.
