Elizabeth Roche, Partner

Elizabeth is a partner in the real estate group advising on commercial property transactions and corporate support issues. Elizabeth works closely with the projects group, advising on the real estate aspects of windfarms and renewable energy projects.

Elizabeth acts on behalf of a wide range of clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, joint ventures, commercial leases, and planning law. Elizabeth has acted recently for Regeneration Developments, Eco Wind Power, Treasury Holdings, Bank of Ireland, Live Nation/The O2, Airtricity and Total Fitness.
