Gerard Ryan, Partner
Gerard is a partner in the corporate department and has significant experience in all aspects of corporate law with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy-outs, private equity and venture capital investment and corporate re-structuring and reorganisations. He also regularly advises companies and directors in relation to corporate governance issues, matters of company law and the duties and obligations of directors.
Gerard lectures in the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland (Professional Courses and Diploma in Corporate Law) in relation to corporate acquisitions and disposals and is also a programme tutor on the ICAI's Certificate in Director's Duties and Responsibilities.
