Kevin Hoy, Partner

Kevin is the Head of the Real Estate Department dealing in particular with project finance, tax based financing and property finance.  Kevin is a member of Mason Hayes+Curran's Projects group and has a niche practice in the area of utility financing and energy law.  Kevin leads the firm's Charity Law working group and he coordinates MH+C's CSR activities. In a voluntary capacity he has management roles in a number of organisations in the not for profit/ community sector.

Recent work includes advising a healthcare group on redevelopment and property based financing, advising a major bank on title and security reviews and advising a professional services firm on its property holding needs.
