Freedom of Information Seminar Series

Mason Hayes & Curran is delighted to host the second event in our Freedom of Information Seminar Series. The seminar will take place on Tuesday 27 November 2012 at our offices in South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4.

At this seminar we will focus on disclosure obligations and strategies in tender competitions, including:

  • How much information must be disclosed under FOI, particularly with respect to pricing, tenders and evaluation reports
  • Useful FOI exemptions 
  • Confidentiality obligations to other tenderers
  • Strategies in relation to information disclosure

Catherine Allen, Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran
Catherine is a partner in our Public & Administrative Law Department and has a strong litigation practice relating to FOI and regulatory issues. She is the primary contributor to the Mason Hayes & Curran/ PAI publication Freedom of Information Sourcebook.
