New artists' royalties law in Ireland

On Thursday, November 24, Mason Hayes & Curran and James Adam Auctioneers jointly hosted an exciting event in the Irish Museum of Modern Art.

The topic was Artists' Royalties (Droit de Suite), which is soon to become law in Ireland. Under this new law artists and their heirs will be entitled to a royality each time their work is sold, or resold.

The panel on the evening included:
