Arbitration Forum - The 2010 Arbitration Act: Two Years On

Mason Hayes & Curran was delighted to host the inaugural event in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ (CIArb) Arbitration Forum series in their offices on Barrow Street in March 2012. The event was launched by Pat Brady, Chairman of the Irish Branch of the CIArb and was attended by nearly 100 Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioners.
Declan Black, Head of Mason Hayes & Curran’s Litigation Practice, introduced the Forum. Dermot Ahern, now a practising mediator, chaired a lively discussion between the audience and the panel members John Tackaberry QC and John Gordon SC on “The 2010 Arbitration Act: Two Years On”.
