Raising Money – A Legal Roadmap for Success

Martin Kelleher, Partner at Mason Hayes & Curran and Dylan Latimer, Solicitor at Mason Hayes & Curran will present a talk entitled "Raising Money - A Legal Roadmap for Success", in collaboration with the Trinity Enterprise Network on Wednesday 8th February 2012.  This presentation will focus on the legal steps involved in raising money, including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, subscription and shareholder agreements.

It will highlight the main legal points which may arise during a fundraising round, such as due diligence, founder warranties, minority rights,
good/bad leaver provisions, exit provisions etc. and the approaches taken by different investors (such as Enterprise Ireland, Angels, or VCs).
