Masterclass in Contractual Disputes

Mason Hayes & Curran hosted a masterclass for in-house counsel on Thursday 24 November 2011 on contractual disputes, highlighting key contract law issues and how disputes can be avoided and best managed.

The masterclass, aimed at in-house counsel, included presenter Rory Kirrane, Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran, and head of Construction Law, who spoke on Warranty Claims and Limitation of Liability.  Also presenting was Declan McGrath, BL, a practising barrister who specialises in the area of commercial law. Mr. McGrath spoke on The Admissibility of Evidence in Contractual Interpretation. The event was introduced by Emer Gilvarry, Managing Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran.
