The Irish Society for European Law (ISEL) will host the Procurement Law Forum at the offices of Mason Hayes & Curran on Wednesday 20 July 2011.

Michael Bowsher Q.C. has appeared in many of the major UK procurement cases over the last decade, including such notable cases as Federal Security Services Ltd v PSNI, McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd v DFP and Henry Brothers v DENI. In 2007, he was appointed Co-Chair of the ICC Task Force on Public Procurement.
Anthony M Collins, S.C. regularly appears before the Superior Courts and the Court of Justice of the EU and specialises in all areas of administrative and EU law. He is a former référendaire at the Court of Justice, Director of the Irish Centre of European Law and
Co-editor of the Irish Journal of European Law.
The session will be followed by a drinks reception.
