Fund Litigation in Ireland Seminar

Mason Hayes & Curran hosted a briefing on Fund Litigation in Ireland on Tuesday April 5th 2011.

This briefing focused on the topical issue of fund related litigation in Ireland and provided an overview of the implications for the Irish fund industry. The speakers focused on:

  • An overview of the background to current Irish fund litigation
  • Analysis of the recent Irish Commercial Court decision of 10th January 2011 and its implications for custodians in Ireland
  • Analysis of the European dimension
