IFIA Industry Seminar, London - Anticipating UCITS IV

The Irish Funds Industry Association is hosting an industry seminar on the topic of Anticipating UCITS IV in London on 24 February 2011.

This complimentary seminar will take place from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, followed by a drinks reception, in The Grange City Hotel, 8-14 Coopers Row, London, EC3N 2BD.

Head of Investment Funds at Mason Hayes & Curran, Fionán Breathnach, will be moderating a panel on the KIID.

The seminar has been scheduled to co-incide with the release today of the Central Bank of Ireland's draft UCITS IV Guidance Notes and Notices. Other panel discussions will address regulatory considerations for the UCITS Management Company and relevant tax issues.
