IFIA Event

The IFIA are holding a members’ meeting for Tuesday, 8th March 2011 at 5pm in the Clarion Hotel IFSC to discuss the Central Bank’s Consultation Paper CP 50  - Amendments to UCITS Notices, NU Notices and Guidance Notes to reflect UCITS IV and other changes. The Industry, through the Legal & Regulatory Committee, are leading the review of the proposed amendments and it is intended that representatives from the Committee will provide an overview of the UCITS IV proposals, the proposed application of the measures and highlight key areas which will require further  consideration/engagement with the Central Bank.

Fionan Breathnach, Head of Investment Funds, Mason Hayes & Curran will speak at this event.

This meeting will be an interactive discussion amongst senior industry representatives and, to encourage discussion and with limited space, it is suggested that participation be limited to 1 representative from each member company. For further information, please contact info@irishfunds.ie.
