Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners Event

Mason Hayes & Curran were delighted to host a topical evening seminar on Thursday, 30th October. This seminar was run by the Educational & Technical Committee for their The Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners Members.

The seminar was on the Implications for Insolvency Practitioners of the “Companies Consolidation and Reform Bill”.  The speaker was Declan Murphy – Barrister and Kings Inn Lecturer in Company law

The informative session was followed by a thorough questions and answers session.
