Young Solicitors Conference

Mason Hayes & Curran is delighted to be a sponsor of the Society of Young Solicitors (SYS) in Ireland. The SYS Autumn conference was held in the Mount Juliet Estate, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny from 16 – 18 November and was attended by over 180 delegates from all over the Ireland.

Donald P. Binchy, the Junior Vice-President of the Law Society, acted as a pre-dinner speaker and speakers at the conference included Deborah McHugh, from the pensions law team at MH & C, who gave an overview on pensions law developments in Ireland.

SYS Ireland Committee

The SYS is now organising its Spring 2008 Conference, which is being held in conjunction with the Northern Irish Society of Young Solicitors in the Slieve Russell Hotel Golf and Country Club, Ballyconnell, County Cavan on the weekend of 29 February to 2 March, 2008.  For further information, please see www.sys.ie.
