Mock Employment Appeals Tribunal - My Space v. Workspace

Mason Hayes & Curran hosted a Mock Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) on dismissal for social networking misconduct in conjunction with Legal-Island on Thursday, 7 March 2013

 

At this Mock EAT, participating barristers, solicitors and witnesses gave an overview of EAT procedure, best practice as well as leading advice and guidance on how attendees can best prepare for an EAT hearing. Guidance will also be given on the latest developments regarding the new forum which may replace the EAT.
