New partners for Dublin law firm

Mason Hayes & Curran is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners within the firm.
A law graduate of Queen's University, Belfast, Una Burke was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland (1997) and in Ireland (1998). Una is appointed a partner in the corporate group practising in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity finance, venture capital investment, joint ventures, MBOs, corporate establishments, corporate finance and business compliance.
Philip Nolan is appointed a partner in the commercial group advising clients in relation to telecommunications, information technology, intellectual property and competition law. Having studied at University College Dublin, De Paul University, Chicago and at the University of Oxford, Philip joined MHC where he completed his training and was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2000.
"We are committed to understanding our clients' businesses, focusing on their commercial objectives and providing accessible, practical advice", said Declan Moylan, managing partner, Mason Hayes and Curran.
"Both Una and Philip have acquired extensive knowledge and experience within their areas and their promotion to Partner level in the firm reflects this expertise," he added.
At the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland, Philip lectures on electronic commerce law, software licensing law and data protection law, whilst Una lectures on joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate finance.
