Mason Hayes & Curran Promotes Jane Pilkington as Partner

Leading Irish law firm, Mason Hayes & Curran has further strengthened its comprehensive litigation practice with the appointment of Jane Pilkington as a partner.

Jane Pilkington, PartnerJane Pilkington is a very experienced litigator with a particular focus on professional liability claims and business disputes. She has represented Irish and international clients in a wide range of business disputes before the Irish courts.

Allied to her litigation practice, Jane is a recognised expert in the area of corporate immigration. She advises domestic and international companies in relation to the employment of non-EEA nationals in Ireland.  She also advises private individuals on Irish immigration matters including citizenship, EU Treaty Rights and applications for business permissions.

Jane joined the firm in October 2008 from another leading Irish law firm.  Jane’s promotion is part of the ongoing growth of the firm’s litigation practice which comprises some 22 partners and their teams. Jane’s appointment complements the depth and breadth of litigation lawyers at the firm.
