Rachel Kavanagh brings significant experience to the role, having worked for over fifteen years in insurance defence litigation. She has advised leading international and Irish based insurance companies. Her particular areas of expertise include employer’s liability, product liability, public liability and motor claims.
Rachel’s appointment is part of an ongoing development and expansion programme at the firm. The insurance team has significant experience in handling litigation matters for all of the major insurers across the Irish market, providing specialist legal advisory across all types of insurance litigation.
